By using Exqela or creating an account you agree to these terms. The platform is offered by Exqela in the Arab Republic of Egypt.
The service
Exqela is a platform for building and following an organization's strategy and controlling its documents and records, in support of ISO management system standards.
It is a tool: it does not grant or guarantee ISO certification, and it is not legal or professional advice.
Your account
- Give accurate details, keep your password secret, and tell us at once if you suspect someone else is using your account.
- The organization admin invites members and sets their permissions, and is responsible for that within the organization.
Trial and subscription
An organization starts with a free 14-day trial. Use then continues on a subscription at the plan and price shown on the plans page when subscribing; subscriptions start once agreed and paid.
When a subscription ends without renewal, editing stops and your data stays available for you to download for 60 days.
Your data is yours
Everything your organization enters belongs to it. You give us only the permission needed to store, process and show it to provide the service, as the privacy policy explains.
Nothing from your organization goes into the shared library unless its admin agrees to share, and only once what identifies the organization is removed.
Acceptable use
- Do not try to reach another organization's data, disrupt the platform or get around permissions.
- Do not upload unlawful content, or content others own without their permission.
- Do not use the platform to send spam or for any unlawful purpose.
Artificial intelligence
AI suggestions may be wrong. You decide whether to accept them, and you remain responsible for what your organization approves.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the platform available and take backups, but it may stop at times for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control.
We may develop the platform and change its features. If a change materially affects what you subscribed to, we will tell you in advance.
Limits of liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect loss or lost profits, and our total liability does not exceed what your organization paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Ending use
You may stop at any time and delete your account from "My account". We may suspend an account or organization that breaks these terms, after telling it unless the risk is urgent.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the Egyptian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
